HCAPCC Wins the GOLD!

becoming a Gold medal winner of the PCC Education Program Excellence Award. The HCAPCC was recognized at the National 2009 PCC Day event held at the Harrisburg Post Office on September 16, 2009. There was a live satellite broadcast from Postmaster General John E.
